Children are admitted to school for full-time education in the September of the school year that they turn five years old. If you are interested in having your child admitted to De Lacy Primary School at any stage of their schooling, you are warmly invited to make an appointment to come and see us, meet our Head of School and look around.
The admission body for De Lacy Primary School is Pontefract Academies Trust. The Trust follows the Wakefield M D Council Admission Policy in managing admissions. Admission arrangements are administrated centrally by the Wakefield M D Council.
The online application system opened on Wednesday 1st November 2023 for full time places in Reception to start in the academic year commencing September 2024.
The deadline for on-time applications is 15 January 2024.
